2007 Fantasy Outlook
Abreu was a great story last season, making his major league debut at age 29 after toiling away for 13 seasons in the minors. He actually pitched well at Triple-A, going 9-4 with a 2.48 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 78:20 K:BB ratio in 65.1 innings, and struck out five in 6.1 scoreless innings to start his major league career before getting battered, finishing with a 10.13 ERA in 8.0 innings. Abreu signed a minor league contract with the rebuilding Nationals and if the minor league journeyman makes it to the Show, he'll likely get hit around as in 2006.
