Mason Jones

GuardG
Officially staying in draft
GArkansas
August 2, 2020
Jones announced May 1 that he will keep his name in the 2020 NBA Draft after signing with a non-NCAA-certified agent, Kyle Deckelbaum of KATV 7 Little Rock reports.
ANALYSIS
Jones' move to the professional ranks was fully expected after he turned in a breakout junior season in 2019-20. The 6-foot-5 guard finished as the SEC's leading scorer with 22.0 points per game, and he also chipped in averages of 5.5 boards, 3.4 assists, 2.2 triples and 1.6 steals in 33.8 minutes per contest. His departure leaves Isaiah Joe, Desi Sills and Ethan Henderson as the only players on the roster who logged minutes for Arkansas last season.
