Lowery (knee) announced July 8 via his personal Twitter account that he signed with JUCO program Kilgore College in Texas.
ANALYSIS
As a true freshman at Louisiana last season, Lowery played 19 minutes in the Ragin' Cajuns opening game before going down with a knee injury. He proceeded to miss the remainder of the campaign, so he should be eligible for a medical redshirt should he choose to pursue one. Lowery will likely be back to full health ahead of the 2020-21 season and look to resurface at the Division I level in 2021-22 as a redshirt sophomore.
