2024 Tournament PreviewThe Pac-12 regular-season champs might have benefited from a down season for the conference, but Arizona also had quality non-conference wins against Duke, Alabama and Wisconsin. Leading the way is UNC transfer Caleb Love (18.1 ppg), who has national title game experience from the Tar Heels' 2022 loss to Kansas. Love forms an excellent high-low tandem with 7-0 center Oumar Ballo (13.1 ppg, 10.1 rpg, 1.2 bpg), who has 18 double-doubles, including 12 in his last 13 games. Mix in the outside shooting of Pelle Larsson (12.8) and Kylan Boswell (11.6), both of whom top 38 percent from the perimeter, and the defensive prowess from double-digit scorer Keshad Johnson (11.6 ppg), and Arizona has a complete team. The Wildcats rank top-12 in both KenPom's offensive and defensive efficiency metrics and get plenty of possessions with one of the nation's fastest tempos. It's hard to find an obvious weakness with this squad.
