Commits to Massachusetts
February 1, 2024
Galban announced his commitment to Massachusetts on Thursday.
ANALYSIS
After initially committing to Stephen F. Austin, likely because of the opportunities ahead for him, Galban changed course and will enroll at Massachusetts instead. By doing so, he stays in the FBS and will be stiff competition for a UMass receiver corps mostly filled with fresh faces. Galban showed potential with Jacksonville State, particularly in 2022, when he logged 28 receptions for 433 yards (15.5 averaged per reception) and three touchdowns.
