Heads to Texas State
December 11, 2019
Jeter announced Wednesday via his personal Twitter account that he'll join Texas State as a transfer from Oklahoma State.
Jeter entered the transfer portal in October after recording 11 rushing attempts for 34 yards for the Cowboys this season, with all of that production coming in a Week 2 win over FCS McNeese State. While Texas State should be able to find more playing time for Jeter than the Cowboys did, the running back likely won't be able to debut for the Bobcats until 2021, barring a waiver from the NCAA. Since Jeter already used his redshirt in 2018, he'll have two years of eligibility remaining beginning in 2021.
