Lockett placed his name in the NCAA's transfer portal Tuesday and is expected to move on from Iowa, David Eickholt of 247Sports.com reports.

Lockett becomes the third Iowa player to enter the transfer portal in less than a week. The redshirt sophomore was included on the Hawkeyes' two-deep at receiver in both of the team's first two games, but he didn't see the field at any point. He'll have three years of eligibility at his next stop, and Lockett should have a good case for being able to play right away in 2021 after having not seen any action during the current season.
