Williams finished eighth on the team in rushing last season, but five of those guys ahead of him are no longer on the roster due to graduation. That leaves a vacuum for Williams to step into, a position he seems ready to grasp after taking advantage in limited opportunities last year. He took six carries for 82 yards and a touchdown against SMU in Week 4, highlighted by a 52-yard touchdown that featured multiple broken tackles midway through the fourth quarter. His touches should see a big increase in his second season with playing time, making him a prospect to watch in Navy's wishbone system.
