ANALYSIS
Fagan was the first of two graduate-transfer safeties to join the program this offseason, preceding ex-Marshall defensive back Derrek Pitts. A four-star signing for Florida State in the 2017 cycle, Fagan played in 24 games across his four years with the program, totaling 72 tackles and one interception. He'll be able to compete right away for NC State with up to two years of eligibility remaining.
