Orton (hip) will start against Indiana. "I'm feeling pretty good," Orton told the Lafayette Journal and Courier. "Probably not 100 percent yet, but I'm getting close, I'm getting better slowly every single day. So I'll practice throughout the week and be ready to play."

Orton (hip) did not start Saturday's win over Ohio State, but came off the bench in the fourth quarter to lead the game-winning drive. He was 7-of-8 for 54 yards passing with a touchdown.

Orton (injured left hip) has improved in practice this week but it will be a game-time decision whether he starts against Ohio State, the Lafayette Journal and Courier reports. "Kyle is 50/50 for Saturday," head coach Joe Tiller said. "That's the prognosis by the medical people. We'll watch him and see how well he's throwing, so we won't know until the end of the week."

Orton (injuries to both hips) didn't play in Saturday's loss to Iowa.
