LPL - EDG (5-4) vs DMO (3-7)

Dominus Gaming has looked good despite losing two contests in Week 4 against some of the upper echelon of the LPL. They did record a sweep of Rogue Warriors (4-6) last Thursday, and just picked up a 2-0 win against LNG Esports (4-6) just the other day, but I don't want to dive into this team as much because they still have a lot of problems, including basic synergy. EDward Gaming on the other hand, are on a different level, roster wise. They acknowledge where to play on the map, they have two solid carries in Scout and Hope and they have an in-game veteran making all the shot calling. This team should not lose to a bottom-tier team, and I know I say this a lot with all the upsets that have been going on, but EDG is one of the few teams that are good enough to not lose to bad teams.

Prediction: EDG 2-0

Bets: N/A
EDG Players to target: Junjia (JNG $7,200), Scout (MID $7,800) Hope (ADC $8,200), Meiko (SUP $5,600)

V5 (0-10) vs IG (8-1)

This is a game where you play IG and move on. I don't know how

V5 (0-10) vs IG (8-1)

This is a game where you play IG and move on. I don't know how much of a full stack I want because I have stated before that TheShy and Rookie are the two main damage dealers on the team in the 30s, while Puff is an outlier. He has the most upside on this team, but also one of the lowest floors, carry wise.

Prediction: IG 2-0

Bets: N/A

IG Players to target: TheShy (TOP $7,400), Rookie (MID $8,200), Puff (ADC $8,400)

eStar (9-2) vs RNG (6-3)

So we hit super hard on Wednesday's call that eStar would lose.  I'm scared that RNG might be the chalk here, but this is another case where we have to take the dragon control into account. We saw what Vici Gaming did, and it was a very close game between the two until Game 3 when it looked like eStar just ran out of ideas because they haven't been challenged like that in awhile. Royal Never Give Up has a 57 percent dragon control rate and they know how to play bot side really well. I can see them funnel a bunch of resources to Betty since this has been the style they have played with Uzi since 2016, and that is eStars' weak side. RNG is basically Vici Gaming, but only 20 times better, and they have carries in all three lanes that shouldn't get smashed. This sets up for another great spot to against eStars.

Prediction: RNG 2-0

Bets: RNG ML (+105)

RNG Players to target: XLB (JNG $6,200), Xiaohu (MID $6,800), Betty (ADC $7,200), Ming (SUP $5000)

LCK - GenG (11-2) vs SB (4-9)

GenG played a close game with T1 until Game 3 when they got smashed and embarrassed. This is most likely a stay-away game for me unless you want to grab some one-offs, mainly because I thought SANDBOX looked better after the break until the APK Prince game. They almost beat DragonX last game, but the games they've lost they got smoked, and GenG will want to come back and smash SB to reclaim their No. 1 spot in the league.

Prediction: GenG 2-0

Bets: N/A

GenG Players to target: BDD (MID $7,600), Ruler (ADC $7,400)

T1 (11-2) vs Griffin (2-11)

Another stay-away game unless you want to play T1, but LCK teams are so slow and this isn't a game I like. T1 should destroy their competition, and once again I'll probably use a one-off.

Prediction: T1 2-0

Bets: N/A

T1 Players to target: Teddy (ADC $7,800)

AF (6-7) vs Damwon (6-7)

Afreeca Freecs are on a three-game losing streak, and what's worse they are falling to some of the worst teams in the league. For some reason they just can't click together, and they have been experimenting with the support position, solidifying my case that star ADC, Mystic, is not happy with this team. Mystic was their big buy in the offseason, so they are trying to make him happy and this might be taking a toll on the rest of the team. I mean, they just were swept by APK (4-9) --- I'm not saying they look like they are throwing, but it seems like they want a change and that change might be Mystic. DAMWON has looked real good with Ghost, and as much as Nuguri has been flamed for being horrible at the start of the split, Nuclear hasn't been good either. Ghost has come in and looked amazing with beryL, and in a meta where ADC's are starting to become more relevant, this bot lane is good enough to hang with Mystic. DAMWON likes to play early game and this hurts AF because half the team wants to engage early while Mystic wants to scale and play late. I like this game for DFS as well since both teams love to fight and the winner will probably be one of the higher scoring teams on the slate. The upside is here if you want to take the small risk.

Prediction: DAMWON 2-1

Bets: DAMWON -1.5 (+205). I can see a 2-0 if DAMWON keeps rolling the way they are.

DAMWON Players to target: Nuguri (TOP $6,200), Canyon (JNG $6,600), Showmaker (MID $7,000), Ghost (ADC $6,800)

Stacks

Cash: RNG/IG, EDG/IG, Damwon/IG

GPP: eStar/EDG, eStar/Damwon
