2019 Fantasy Outlook
Blair played two seasons for the University of Utah before entering the draft where he was selected in the second round by the Seahawks. He was a strong college safety both on and off the ball, but a potentially serious back injury he suffered in the preseason could delay his debut. Regardless, he'll have to beat out Tedric Thompson for a consistent snap count, but he should be the first safety called upon if Bradley McDougald gets injured. When he eventually gets on the field, his IDP value is low since he wasn't a turnover machine in college. Read Past Outlooks

Ankle
January 15, 2020
Blair (ankle) recorded 32 tackles, a pass breakup and two forced fumbles over 14 regular-season games in 2019.
ANALYSIS
Blair started three games due to a plethora of injuries to the Seahawks' secondary, but he didn't record double-digit snaps in any other game during his rookie campaign. The Seahawks brought in Quandre Diggs via trade from the Lions midseason, which was one of the main reasons, along with Delano Hill's experience, that Blair logged limited usage. The 2019 second-round pick could be in line for a similar role in 2020 since Diggs and Bradley McDougald will still be under contract. Blair sat out Seattle's divisional-round loss to the Packers last weekend due to an ankle injury, but he'll presumably be fully healthy ahead of OTAs.
