Williams played in all 16 regular-season games in 2019 and tallied 39 tackles (29 solo), two interceptions, a forced fumble, two fumble recovers, and eight pass deflections.
ANALYSIS
Williams played the entire season at 36 years old , but that did not stop him from taking the field on 73.2 percent of the Packers' defensive snaps and contributing in a number of departments while serving as the nickel corner. Williams will be a free agent this offseason, so it remains to be seen what his next move will be. However, he showed he is still plenty capable of filling a regular role, so he should not have trouble finding a job in Green Bay or elsewhere should he choose to continue playing.

After a successful 2017 campaign with the Cardinals, Williams returned to the team he spent the first nine seasons of his career with. Williams started nine of the 13 games he appeared in last year, and he will likely hold onto a starting spot in his new (old) surroundings. Williams tallied 12 pass deflections and two interceptions a year ago, so he can still produce despite turning 35 in March.
In his first season in Cleveland, Williams was the third-leading tackler for the Browns with 69 tackles to go along with 10 pass deflections and one interception. If Pro Bowl corner Joe Haden can return healthy this season, the Browns will have a talented and experienced starting cornerback duo.
Williams was brought on in free agency to occupy the starting cornerback job opposite Joe Haden. He's picked off three passes in back-to-back seasons, and is a strong open-field tackler for his position. Justin Gilbert is expected to push him for playing time, but Williams is the clear favorite to win the job out of camp.
Williams played at a high level in 2013 and produced useful numbers from an IDP standpoint. With Sam Shields back in the fold and often covering the opponent's top receiver, Williams should continue having the freedom to act in more of playmaking role.
Williams is expected to start at a cornerback position. He took a slight step back in production in 2012, but did start all 16 games. With some young, talented cornerbacks on the roster, he will have to produce to hold his spot.
Williams is not a threat to pile up tackles, but his consistently superb production in coverage makes him an IDP threat nonetheless, and he gets a big boost in leagues that reward points to passes defended. Williams' 16-game rate of 63 tackles (53 solo) from the last two years does not impress, but the projected five interceptions and 22 passes defended are noteworthy. Williams has an excellent total of 19 interceptions the last four years and should continue to burn quarterbacks in 2012.
Williams came on as one of the top CB in the league in 2010. He'll be Green Bay's shutdown corner in 2011.
