In GT Daytona, Keating led the way in the No. 33 Riley-entered Mercedes-AMG GT3 with a time of 1:44.336 right at the end of the category's 45-minute session. The No. 33 Riley Mercedes-AMG GT3 team stayed hot in opening practice at the Virginia road course. Keating beat out Long in the Park Place Motorsports Porsche for the fastest lap of the challenging circuit among the GT Daytona entries.
