This article is part of our Fantasy Premier League Rankings series.
The Premier League transfer window is officially closed – at least for players moving into the league – and our final preseason rankings are below, with Liverpool set to host newly promoted Norwich City in a couple of hours to begin the 2019/20 season.
As you'll see below, we did not agree on the same top 201, as we combined for a total of 256 unique players. In the instances of a player being ranked by one of us and not the other, an average was taken between whatever the player was ranked and 256. For example, I ranked Chelsea's Mason Mount 176th overall but Mike did not rank him, so his overall rank shows as 216.0 (the average of 176 and 256). Additionally, every column in the table is sortable, so you can still get a clear breakdown of our overall and positional rankings.
And before we jump in: we have a new tool on the site that helps put our season-long projections into perspective for draft games. The custom rankings page allows you to input your league's scoring settings and it will sort our projections based on fantasy points within that format. It's a great tool as a cheat sheet during a draft, or it can give you a good idea of how the players will break down if you're looking to start a league with your own customized stats.
As always, if you have any feedback or opinions about players we ranked (or didn't rank), please hit
