Bayer Leverkusen come in off an incredibly disappointing 4-1 home loss to Wolfsburg on Tuesday, a match they were -140 favorites in. Despite 70 percent possession, Leverkusen were out-shot 14-9, scoring with their only shot on goal, and trailed 10-7 in chances created. Twelve corners helped them out-cross Wolfsburg 24-7 but otherwise they were thoroughly outplayed after two dominant performances following the league restart, scoring four times against Werder Bremen and three against Borussia Monchengladbach.
