Mavs Look To Halt Two-Game Slide
The Dallas Mavericks play host to the Detroit Pistons at American Airlines Center on Wednesday evening.

Meanwhile, the Pistons (18-40) have dropped six of their last 10 games, but they are coming off a home win in their most recent contest. They will look to keep the momentum going and build on their, 7-24, road record, as they face the first game of a three-game road trip. Jerami Grant (quad) and Cory Joseph (illness) both missed the Pistons' last contest and are both listed as questionable for action on Wednesday. Saddiq Bey is averaging 11.4 points and 4.1 rebounds, while Mason Plumlee is averaging 10.2 points, 9.0 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. The Pistons average 107.6 points per game, which is sixth fewest in the league, but they are giving up an average of 111.3 points against, and they are allowing opponents to shoot an average of 47.8 percent from the field, which is fourth worst in the league.
