Bucks Dominate, Even Series Against Magic With Comfortable Win
The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Orlando Magic, 111-96, in Game 2 of the 2019-20 Eastern Conference Playoffs First Round. The series is now even 1-1.

The Bucks were coming off a disappointing performance in Game 1 against the Magic, and it was clear Milwaukee wanted to even things up in Game 2 -- the top-seeded team in the Eastern Conference played with an aggressive approach since tip-off and quickly built a 25-13 lead following the first quarter. Milwaukee would never look back, and they boosted their lead even further following a 39-30 second quarter. The Magic tried to flip the script in the second half and, even though they won the remaining two quarters, it was just too late for them to mount a potential comeback. Milwaukee cruised their way and never let Orlando getting too close on route to a comfortable 111-96 victory. Game 3 will be played Saturday.

Giannis Antetokounmpo was Milwaukee's best player, and he paced the team with 28 points, 20 rebounds and five assists in just 32 minutes of action. Khris Middleton, who was coming off a woeful performance in Game 1, took his struggles to a whole new level and scored just two points. Brook Lopez (20 points) and Eric Bledsoe (13 points, seven assists) provided some of the scoring Middleton usually offers. Pat Connaughton thrived off the bench and posted 15 points with 11 rebounds in 23 minutes.

Nikola Vucevic build off his impressive Game 1 performance and notched 32 points with 10 rebounds, but his efforts were not enough. Markelle Fultz posted 11 points with three assists, while Evan Fournier scored 12 points while shooting 4-for-13 from the field. Terrence Ross had 12 points off the bench.
