Celtics Clobber Sixers, 128-101
The Boston Celtics defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, 128-101, in Game 2 of the first-round Eastern Conference Playoffs in Orlando on Wednesday.

While Philly led 33-26 after the first quarter, Boston took control with a 38-24 second quarter. In fact, that seven-point halftime lead was the closest it got in the second half, with the Celtics outscoring the Sixers, 63-44. Boston ended up shooting 51 percent from the field and 44 percent from three-point range while holding Philadelphia to 41 percent from the field and 24 percent from long range. The Celtics also committed just six turnovers in the game while doubling up the Sixers in blocks, 6-3.

The Celtics (2-0) were led by Jayson Tatum who tallied 33 points, five rebounds and five assists on 12-of-20 from the field. Kemba Walker finished with 22 points, four rebounds and two assists. Jaylen Brown amassed 20 points and five boards. Enes Kanter led the bench with 10 points and nine rebounds. All of those guys combined to shoot over 50 percent from the field.

The Sixers (0-2) were led by Joel Embiid, who totaled 34 points, 10 rebounds and three assists. Josh Richardson accrued 18 points, three rebounds and three assists. Tobias Harris finished with 13 points, 11 rebounds and two assists on 4-of-15 from the field. Shake Milton had 14 points, three rebounds and four assists.

Game 3 will be played on Friday.
