10-team draft, head-to-head categorical league. The first three picks in pretty much any format are going to be the same, though the order might be different. After that, the fun begins.

This format I think necessarily weighs goalies heavier than other formats might. You'll note that they got pretty well picked over here, despite it being just a 10-team league. I tend to think positional scarcity matters more here, so goalies, defensemen and left wingers get a bit of a boost.
