Silva said Wednesday that he has committed to Long Beach State, joining the program as a transfer from Stanford, Jeff Borzello of ESPN.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Silva will have up to two years of eligibility to use at Long Beach State and should contend for a larger role with his new program than he held during his two years with the Cardinal. The 6-foot-4, 190-pound guard started in five of his 32 appearances for Stanford in 2022-23, averaging 3.2 points and 1.2 assists in 12.9 minutes per contest.
