Bucks Throttle Pacers, 117-89
The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Indiana Pacers, 117-89, at Fiserv Forum on Sunday night.

A showdown between two of the Eastern Conference's finest started off in highly competitive fashion, with the Bucks (27-4) forging a modest 59-55 halftime edge. Milwaukee added another six points to its advantage during the third and put away the Pacers (20-10) for good in a final period during which they dominated on both ends of the floor. The hosts enjoyed a 34-16 edge during the last 12 minutes of the contest and won the rebounding battle by a healthy 61-48 margin.

Domantas Sabonis led the way for the Pacers with a 19-point, 18-rebound double-double that included five assists, two steals and two blocks. Doug McDermott turned in 15 points and three boards. Myles Turner and Aaron Holiday generated matching 11-point efforts, with Turner five rebounds. Malcolm Brogdon posted a 10-point, 10-assist double-double that also included three rebounds and one steal.

Wesley Matthews paced the Bucks with 19 points. Giannis Antetokounmpo followed with an 18-point, 19-rebound double-double that also featured nine assists, two steals and two blocks. Brook Lopez supplied 17 points, eight boards, two assists and two blocks. George Hill matched Lopez's scoring and also registered nine rebounds, four assists and one steal. Robin Lopez mustered 13 points and three boards, while Khris Middleton compiled 12 points, five assists, four rebounds, one steal and one block.

The Pacers head back home to tangle with the Toronto Raptors on Monday night, while the Bucks hit the road and visit the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday afternoon for a Christmas Day showdown.
