Thunder Stun Rockets In Overtime
The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Houston Rockets, 119-107, in overtime in Game 3 of the Western Conference first-round playoffs on Saturday at Orlando.

After trailing by four to start the fourth, the Thunder kept it close and thanks to a late three-pointer by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, they took a one-point lead with just 14 seconds left on the clock. They caught a major break, as Danuel House Jr. went 1-of-2 from the foul line to tie the game at 104, with nine seconds to go, leaving the Thunder with a chance to win, but at worst, facing overtime. The Thunder missed their final attempt of regulation time, but they made no mistakes in the extra frame, where they outscored the Rockets, 15-3, to secure a crucial win and avoid falling behind 3-0 in the series. With the win, the Thunder still trail in the series, 2-1, but give themself a chance to build off momentum and even it up in Game 4.

Four players scored at least 20 points for the Thunder, led by Dennis Schroder, who tallied 29 points, five rebounds, five assists and two steals, in 39 minutes off the bench. Chris Paul added 26 points, six rebounds, five assists, a steal and a block, while Shai Gilgeous-Alexander totaled 23 points, seven rebounds, six assists, four steals and a block, and Danilo Gallinari chipped in 20 points and seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, James Harden led the Rockets with 38 points, eight assists, seven rebounds and a steal, in 38 minutes. Jeff Green followed up with 22 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two blocks and a steal, while Danuel House Jr. added 15 points and 10 rebounds. Eric Gordon finished with 18 points, but struggled shooting, going 8-of-24 from the field.

Game 4 is scheduled for Monday.
