Kings Defeat Clippers, 124-103
The Sacramento Kings defeated the host Los Angeles Clippers, 124-103, at Staples Center on Thursday.

While Los Angeles got out to a 10-point lead in the first quarter, that was the only time they were in this game. In fact, Sacramento rode a 36-14 second quarter to a 17-point halftime lead and the Clippers never got the game within a 13-point margin from there, The Kings ended up shooting 50 percent from the field and 51 percent from three-point range while holding the Clippers to 38 percent from the field and 42 percent from long range. In addition, Sacramento out-rebounded Los Angeles on the defensive end, 36-28 while out-stealing them, 11-6.

The Kings (18-30) were led by De'Aaron Fox, who tallied 34 points, three rebounds, eight assists and four steals. Bogdan Bogdanovic amassed 15 points, six rebounds and three assists. Dewayne Dedmon collected 11 points, 11 rebounds, four steals and three blocks. Buddy Hied led the bench with 19 points and seven rebounds.

The Clippers (33-15) leading scorer came off the bench, with Lou Williams providing 22 points and six assists. Montrezl Harrell also totaled 21 points, seven rebounds, three assists and three blocks off the pine. Landry Shamet led the starters with 15 points, two rebounds and three assists. Paul George made his return from injury to accrue eight points, four rebounds and four assists. Kawhi Leonard sat out because of a back issue.

Both teams return to action on Saturday, with Los Angeles remaining home to face the Minnesota Timberwolves and Sacramento returning home to play the Los Angeles Lakers.
