Wizards End Losing Streak, Defeat Knicks
The Washington Wizards defeated the New York Knicks, 121-115, at Madison Square Garden on Monday evening.

The Wizards (9-20) entered this game on a two-game losing streak on their current four-game road trip, but they managed to bounce back against a struggling Knicks (7-24) team that couldn’t hold on despite a strong start to the game. Indeed, the Knicks jumped to a 37-32 lead after the first quarter, but that would be all the lead they would muster during the contest. Washington won both the second and third quarters by a 31-27 score, and they closed things out with a 27-24 fourth quarter. With the win, the Wizards improved to 5-13 on the road, while the Knicks fell to 4-12 at home.
