Thunder Rally For Impressive Home Win
The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the visiting Memphis Grizzlies, 126-122, at Chesapeake Energy Arena on Wednesday evening.

The Grizzlies got out to a good start on the road, as they led for almost the entire first quarter and took a 32-27 lead into the second. The Grizzlies stayed on the attack and pushed their lead to 16, mid way through the second, before taking a nine-point lead into halftime. The Grizzlies carried the momentum into the third, as they pushed their lead to 24, with 7:10 left in the third. However, the Thunder closed the quarter on a 28-11 run, to make a seven-point game heading into the fourth. The Thunder continued to fight through the fourth and grabbed the lead early in the quarter. They outscored the visitors by 11 points in the fourth, to walk away with their fifth win in their last seven games.

Dennis Schroder led the Thunder with 31 points, seven assists, three rebounds and a steal, in 32 minutes off the bench. Danilo Gallinari and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander added 20 points each, while Chris Paul finished with 18 points, five assists, four rebounds and two steals. The Thunder shot 55 percent from the field, including 7-of-24 from deep.

Meanwhile, Brandon Clarke led the Grizzlies with 27 points ad seven rebounds, in 25 minutes off the bench. Jonas Valanciunas tallied 24 points, nine rebounds and three assists, while Ja Morant added 22 points, seven assists and five rebounds. The Grizzlies shot 51 percent from the field, including 10-of-25 from long range.

The Grizzlies (10-18) will look to bounce back as they take on the Cavaliers in Cleveland on Friday. The Thunder (13-14) play host to the Suns on Friday.
