Warriors Run Away With Great Second Half
The Golden State Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers, 131-112, at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on Saturday evening.

The contest got out to a hot start, as the Cavaliers held on to a 32-31 lead after one quarter. The pace kept up through the second, while the Warriors pulled ahead, as they outscore the host by three points in the quarter, to take a two-point lead into halftime. The story changed direction in the third, as the Warriors came out on fire and outscored the Cavaliers by 25 points in the quarter, to take a 27-point lead into the final frame. The Cavs put up a fight in the fourth and outscored the visitors by eight points in the quarter, but they could not avoid their third straight loss.

Glenn Robinson III led the Warriors with 22 points on 9-of-13 shooting. D'Angelo Russell added 19 points, eight assists and seven rebounds, while Draymond Green totaled eight points, seven rebounds, 16 assists, two steals and two blocks. The Warriors shot 53 percent from the field, including 18-of-35 from long range.

Meanwhile, Collin Sexton led the Cavs with 23 points, four assists, two rebounds and three steals, in 33 minutes. Kevin Love totaled 14 points, 11 rebounds, five assists and a steal, while Kevin Porter Jr. added 18 points, three rebounds and two assists. The Cavaliers shot 43 percent from the field, including 16-of-44 from long range.

The Cavs (13-37) will look to bounce back as they play host to the Knicks on Monday. The Warriors (11-39) take on the Wizards in Washington on Monday.
